Background[]
LS913J SJVR Paramount Local is dedicated to serving the Paramount facility located on the Oil City Subdivision. Inbound loaded tank cars and open hoppers are accumulated at the both the BAK/SJVR and BK/SJVR yards.
The train will originate out of BK/SJVR and travel to BAK/SJVR to pickup cars that have accumulated there. The train should be built in BAK/SJVR with no more than 30 tank cars and 15 open hopper cars. Excess cars should be left on the yard track assigned for LS910L.
From BAK the train will go West to Jastro Jct. and travel the Landco Sub. to crossover the UP main at Oil Jct. and onto the Oil City Sub to work the Paramount site. Empty tank car pickups are taken to BAK yard via the Lando Sub. to be forwarded by the BNSF.

LS913L Operating Instructions[]
A build order will be issued in the UP Bakersfield section of the forum once the yardmaster has determined enough inbound cars have been received and the industries have completed their load/unloading activities.
Operation
1) Leave BK Yard headed North towards Oil Junction and use the hand throw there to enter the Oil City Subdivision.
2) Proceed to Paramount location and make pickups and setouts.
3) Return to Oil Junction and request DS authorization to set hand-throws to allow exit from Oil City Subdivision and cross the UP mainline onto the Landco Subdivision and proceed to Jastro Junction.
4) Request DS alignment off the Lanco Subdivision through Jastro Junction and crossing from Main 1 to Main 2 and into BAK yard.
Once all work has been completed make a forum post in the UP Bakersfield of the forum to communicate that the work is completed and which track the train is tied-up.
