Found a Live Webcam feed on Youtube the other night. It has the ability to capture in Full HD, and review time up to 4 hours. Also in the discription of the web feed, there is a link to a live audio for the area. What is good about this you might ask? For starters, all the trains seen in this feed originate, pass though or terminate Selkirk. That's right, Every train you see! This might be a way to help build trains for everyone. They have live chat as well. Good way to see what train symbols are out there, most folks reply to the chat with train ID's.
